It is the dealer’s responsibility to verify that any firearm is legal for them to sell in their state prior to purchasing a firearm from TGD. If the dealer orders a firearm that does not meet their state requirements and must return the firearm, the dealer will be responsible for paying the return freight and restocking fee on firearms they purchased in error.
