Return Policy

Returns: Customer agrees not to return any merchandise to TGD without prior approval. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. All shipment errors must be reported in 7 business days. Returns due to customer error are subject to a 15% restock fee.  These errors include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Ordered the wrong item
  2. Didn’t check for compliance with local laws
  3. Product returned with price stickers

There will be no restocking fee for errors that include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. TGD sales person keyed the wrong item
  2. Merchandise was damaged in transit to the dealer
  3. Merchandise is defective (gets returned directly to manufacturer)

Defective Merchandise: Is to be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty and return policies.  Do Not return defective merchandise to TGD. TGD will assist in contacting the vendor for returning defective merchandise.
