Become A TGD Dealer

Getting set up is easy!
Please make sure that ALL required documents are included with your application. Applications will not be processed unless all the required documents listed below have been received. Applications that do not include required documents will not be processed.
  1. Completed TGD Dealer Application
    1. TGD Dealer Application - Download PDF
  2. Copy of your State Business License and Reseller's License
  3. Copy of your State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
  4. Photo of your store front and inside of store.
    1. Cell phone pics are acceptable.
  5. If firearms retailer, please include a copy of your signed FFL
    6.
    1. Sworn Professional Program agreement required to purchase all Sig Sauer products, FN LE skus, Walther Arms LE skus, Beretta (BDT) LE skus
    2. Must be an approved S&W America's Guardians dealer to purchase S&W firearms. Do not return this form to TGD.  It must be submitted directly to S&W to be processed.
    3. Must be an approved Shadow Systems Patriot + Protector dealer to purchase Shadow Systems LE skus. 
    4. Must be an authorized Leupold Reseller to purchase Leupold skus.

NOTICE ABOUT AMMUNITION SHIPMENTS:
  1. TGD does not ship ammunition to dealers outside the GREEN ZONE shown on the attached Zone Map
Manufacturer-based Program Applications:
The approval process for access to these brands goes through the manufacturer. They will advise when the dealer is approved for the program. Approval can take some time depending on the number of applications the manufacturer is currently processing.

PLEASE NOTE: Minimum $750 Order of Shippable Merchandise Required with New Dealer Application. You will be assigned to a sales representative to provide you with a list of inventory that qualifies. Access to TGD's Dealer Portal for online ordering will be available once you have placed your first order.

TGD reserves the right to disable your account and access to the dealer portal if there is no sales activity on your account.

Internet Only Retailers and Home-Based Businesses
  1. TGD will ship firearms to internet resellers and home-based businesses as long as your business has a valid FFL.
  2. TGD will not ship ammunition to home-based businesses, this includes businesses located on your residential property.
